Vertical index
Every finance asset, indexed by vertical.
The syndicate's finance names divide into four buying intents: mortgage, loan, refinance, and automotive and equipment. This index groups every asset by the intent it captures, then compares outright buyout price, twelve-month lease rate and the keyword cluster each name owns — so a buyer can see at a glance which asset matches the traffic they want and the budget they hold.
Owner estimates are indicative, not independent appraisals. Search volumes are category estimates for the keyword cluster, not measured traffic to these domains. Several names appear in more than one vertical where the intent genuinely overlaps.
How to read this index
- Mortgage — home-loan origination, brokerage front ends and guided consumer journeys.
- Refinance — switching intent, where break-even maths and rate tracking drive lender referrals.
- Loan — broad borrowing: matching, comparison, business credit and debt restructuring.
- Automotive & equipment — asset-backed credit against vehicles, fleets, trucks and machinery.

Three ways to take an asset
Every name above is available outright, on a twelve-month lease with a percentage of rent creditable toward a later buyout, or as a done-for-you studio build. Working prototypes already sit behind several of them — refinance break-even and affordability calculators, plain-English loan comparison, the multi-debt optimizer, the heavy equipment lending console and the automated SMB underwriting engine.
