venturegroupai.com and its subdomains are operated by the owners of the VentureGroupAi domain portfolio. For anything on this site, the contact point is acquisitions@venturegroupai.com. There is no third-party controller and no data broker relationship.
What an inquiry sends us
When you submit an inquiry, purchase, rental, or studio proposal form we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, optional company and budget fields, the message you write, and — for a studio proposal — the technical specification answers (goal, platform, stack, integrations, data sensitivity, compliance requirements, expected scale, timeline, and success metric). The form also records which inquiry type you selected and which domain the inquiry relates to, and requires an explicit consent confirmation before it will submit.
Why we collect it
To answer you, to price and scope a transaction or a build, and to keep a record of a commercial relationship we are negotiating. We do not use inquiry content for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked about a domain.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are written to this site's own application database, protected by row-level security so that only authenticated owners can read them, and a copy is emailed to acquisitions@venturegroupai.com so a human can reply. The email copy sits in the ordinary mail systems of the parties involved in delivering it.
Abuse prevention
Public forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a human-verification service that evaluates the submission and returns a pass or fail signal, and by a hidden field trap that discards automated postings. Turnstile processes technical signals about the browser making the request; it is not used to build a profile of you.
The free tools
The security scan, policy score, and policy builder run entirely in your browser. The prompt, configuration, or policy content you paste is never transmitted to this site, never stored, and never used to train a model. Generating a policy does not create an account or a record.
Server logs
Hosting records standard technical request data — requested path, timestamp, HTTP status, and similar — to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. This is not combined with inquiry content or used for behavioural advertising, and this site places no advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while the conversation is live and afterwards as a commercial record, because a domain transfer or licence creates obligations that outlast the email thread. If a conversation goes nowhere and you ask us to delete it, we do.
Who else touches it
Only the service providers needed to run the site: hosting and database, human verification, and email delivery. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. If a transaction proceeds, your details may be shared with the escrow provider handling payment and the registrar handling the transfer, and only to the extent that requires.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at acquisitions@venturegroupai.com. Where a legal obligation requires us to keep a record of a completed transaction, we keep only that record and say so. If you are in a jurisdiction with a supervisory authority, you can escalate to them — though reaching us by email resolves almost everything.
Children
This site is a commercial marketplace for domain assets and product builds. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means the new version applies.
